Our products are available to purchase exclusively through our Matt Britton retail stores nationwide. We do not currently offer online purchasing through this website.
Purchases
All purchases are completed in-store at one of our six retail locations. Your contract of sale is formed at the point of purchase in-store, where full details of pricing, payment, and order processing will be confirmed by our team.
Our website does not facilitate online purchases of flooring products or installation services.
However, a selection of Rubio Monocoat cleaning and maintenance products are available to purchase online through the Wood Flooring Accessories section of our website
Online purchases are subject to the information, terms and conditions presented to the customer during the purchasing process, including applicable pricing, delivery and returns information.
Nothing in our Terms and Conditions affects any statutory consumer rights that apply to online purchases.
Any prices displayed online for cleaning and maintenance products available for online purchase will be subject to the applicable VAT and delivery charges, where relevant. Any additional charges applicable to an online order will be displayed before the customer completes the purchase.
Delivery
Where delivery is arranged, timelines, availability, and any associated charges will be agreed with you directly in-store at the time of purchase. Delivery services may vary depending on product type and location. While we aim to meet all agreed delivery timelines, delivery dates are estimates only and may be subject to change due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Where Rubio Monocoat cleaning and maintenance products are purchased online through our website, the customer will receive confirmation of their order following purchase.
We reserve the right to contact the customer if there is an issue with an order, including an error in pricing, product availability or delivery information.
Delivery charges and estimated delivery times will be clearly communicated during the online purchasing process and/or in the order confirmation.
Returns & Cancellations
Returns and cancellations are managed through the store where the purchase was made and are subject to our in-store terms and conditions.
This does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Directive.
